The WEN 14-inch two-speed band saw is the perfect companion for any workshop. With a 9.5 amp motor and a 13-3/8″ throat, this beast can handle boards up to 8.85″ thick and 13-3/8″ wide. Two-speed operation allows for a speed of 1420 or 3280 FPM. This saw accepts 100-3/4 inch blades from 1/8 to 1 inch wide for both detailing and cutting. The spacious die-cast aluminum worktable measures 19″ x 15-1/4″ and tilts up to 45 degrees. This package includes a flexible work lamp to illuminate your work table, a 3-in-1 dust port that fits a variety of dust extraction hoses (1-3/4, 2-3/4, 4 inches), a sawdust drawer, a guide for making straight cuts and a miter gauge for miter cuts. The included circular cutting guide helps you create perfect circles and curves up to 32 inches in diameter. The top housing includes a small window for easy access to the blade tension indicator, making blade tension adjustment easier than ever, maximizing blade life and minimizing breakage. The easy-to-assemble stand elevates the bandsaw while leaving storage underneath. Blade guides with ball bearings help keep the blade on the cutting line and extend its life expectance.
